Our Team
Our Leadership team includes three Partners who are qualified Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries. P&D thrives on diverse group of support team viz., interns, executives and associates complementing the force. The team are graduates from reputed institutions and assist the driving force and the core team directly and also assist clients.
CA. Pramod Srihari
- One of the co-founder of the firm with total year of experience of 10+ years
- A Fellow member of ICAI and Insolvency Professional registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (‘IBBI’)
- Pramod was the president of Karnataka State CA association (KSCAA), India. Has served the post of VP, secretary, Treasurer and Executive committee of KSCAA.
- He leads restructuring Turnover and Corporate Accounting Solutions. Closely worked with on organizations in the sectors of Manufacturing, Information Technology, Biomedical Technology, capital & financial markets, Logistics, E-Commerce, Real Estate, FMCG, Healthcare, etc.
- He has presented papers across various professional and student forums.
- Was a visiting faculty at Christ, Jain International and New horizon college
- He is a member of Lodge Professionals.
CA. Darshan Kumar P S
- One of the co-founder of the firm with total experience of 10+ years
- Fellow member of ICAI and a Commerce graduate
- He leads the Risk Assurance practice of the firm including Risk Management, Risk Consulting, Business processes and Internal controls
- He has advised clients on various issues under GST across various industries including real estate, information technology etc.
- He has also led various assignments in relation to Due Diligence, liaisoning and project funding
CA. Deepu G Chowti
- He is an Associate member of The ICAI with experience of over 6 years.
- He is also a qualified Company Secretary from The ICSI and a law graduate from Karnataka State Law University.
- He comes with an extensive experience from leading consultancy firms including Ernst and Young and SDU in the areas of Corporate accounting, taxation and transfer pricing.
